"The judges wish the company to know that they were very impressed with both the training culture they witnessed and the management and employees who they met. They considered the approach being taken to training was exemplary and wish to congratulate the company on this.
The judges appreciated that the training is simply the ECS standard, being done 'in-house', however the enthusiasm and the commitment which they saw at the visit and the way in which the company viewed its young employees and their development, was second to none.
All the trainees who were interviewed by the judges were extremely enthusiastic about the training opportunities they had been given and were very committed to the business and their own training programmes. this was regarded as very impressive."
